Detail Summary Report - Not seeing Activity Items
I am starting to pull my hair out on this one!!!!
I am admin on my PPM box and in security groups PPM Administrator and Module Administrator. When I run the Detail Summary Report under Time Management, I am able to select the option to view the Activity details within the report and run the report successfully.
I cloned my profile to create a new user account for a new resource that joined our team. He is in all the same security groups, access grants, and assigned the exact same licenses I have (because of the clone!!!) When he tries to run the exact Detail Summary Report and selects the option to view the Activity details, he is UNABLE to view the activities in the report.
I don't understand what the difference could be between the 2 accounts....they are exactly the same!!!!
