Error 500:Unknown error

Hi All,

We recently did an upgrade to PPM 8.
Now we found 2 problems which were not in earlier version.

1)We get Error 500:Unknown error when we click a button on decision step(No log is also obtained)

2)A rule which was working in the previous version is not working

SELECT
(SELECT CASE WHEN
 INSTR('[REQ.REQUEST_SUB_TYPE_NAME]', 'Insurance') > 0
  THEN REPLACE('[REQD.P.AXA_RM_RTF_USERGRP_CONFIGMAN]', ', ', '#@#')
   ELSE REPLACE('[REQD.P.AXA_RM_RTF_USERGRP_EMERGENCY]', ', ', '#@#')
   END FROM DUAL),
(SELECT CASE WHEN
 INSTR('[REQ.REQUEST_SUB_TYPE_NAME]', 'Insurance') > 0
  THEN REPLACE('[REQD.VP.AXA_RM_RTF_USERGRP_CONFIGMAN]', '; ', '#@#')
   ELSE REPLACE('[REQD.VP.AXA_RM_RTF_USERGRP_EMERGENCY]', '; ', '#@#')
   END FROM DUAL),
'',''
FROM DUAL

Can you guys please me?

Thanks in advance,
Roobesh

Hi,

1. check the serverLog.txt file for the HTTP 50 error - for sure you will find more details there.

2. How do you know that the rule is not working? is it throwing any error? you can try scrambling the SQL statement (replace FROM with FROOOOM) to see the values replacing the tokens at runtime.

cheers

alex
