Hi Abel Jaimes,

Please try with the ways below:

1.  Make sure that you can do evironment check successfull in Database section on workbench.

2.  Please check the ORACLE_HOME variable as well as the PATH from the environment variables  The PATH variable should include ORACLE_HOME/bin, JAVA_HOME/bin, CYGWIN/bin. If this is not included try to set up the PATH variable correctly .

3. If possible, please try to restart PPM server and try again.

4. kSupport is appreciate.

Regards.

From the log file output, it looks like it cannot find the SQLPLUS command.  You don't need to do a ksc_connect/ksc_exit if you are running a ksc_local_exec.  The whole point of the ksc_local_exec is to just spawn a thread on the PPM server to run the command specified.  You may want to try doing an environment check on the Database section for your KINTANA_SERVER environment to make sure it can access SQLPLUS.

Hi Vinhloc81

Fortunately you have the reason, the issue present in my PPM was caused by bad definition of the ORACLE_HOME, It was confusing paths of the ORACLE_HOME, since that the database is remote and I take the path ORACLE_HOME remote DB, I used command sh Kconfig.sh and configurate this parameter, restart my server and whole fuction very well.

Thanks very much

Best regards
