Re: Error while starting PPM

Hi,

Could you please run the following sql script and send us the results?

SELECT *
FROM kwfl_workflow_instances
WHERE top_instance_source_type_code = 'IR'
AND top_instance_source_set_id IN( SELECT instance_source_set_id FROM kwfl_pending_step_timeouts_v WHERE instance_source_type_code = 'IR'
AND instance_source_set_id NOT IN( SELECT request_id FROM kcrt_requests ));

Also, please send us a complete serverlog showing the error.

Best regards,
Randall

Re: Error while starting PPM

Hi Randall,
Thanks for reply. Attached is the result. It seems that workflow gets timed out and the request ids do not exist in the database.

Please let me know how to proceed further.

Thanls

Re: Error while starting PPM

Hi,

That's why I recommended to Back up this table, because we mess the things up, we can restore the table.

Your DB guys should know how to backup or restore the table.

Best regards,
Randall
