Error while upgrading PPM from 8.2 to 9.10

Hi,

 

While upgrading PPM from 8.2 to 9.10 we got an error during running "kintana_submit_request.pls".Could some one help me regarding this.

The answer at the log:

Check your existing tables,views and synonyms or modify or drop the existing object so it can be reused.

Take back up of function "TABLE_EXISTS" and then drop it.

 

Finally run the upgrade agian.
