Field Type is required and cannot be empty while Importing XML request - Proposal

Hi,

I'm trying to create a Proposal from excel by importing XML into PPM, but getting error as follows:

I have checked all the fields, entered all the mandatory fields but still getting error that "Field Type is required and cannot be empty" there are no On_Creation rule and On_Field_Change rule based on the mandatory fields in not submitted status.
