HP-Support expiry date for PPM version 9.14.0002.

Jump to solution

Hello,

Currently we are using PPM version 9.14.0002.

I have found that there are two upgardes available (9.20 and 9.21) also there are two patches availble for this version (9.14.0007 and 9.14v2).

Can anyone please let me know what is the expiration date for the HP-Support for the version 9.14 ?

Also is it better to upgrade to 9.21 or proceed with patch 9.14v2 ?

Thanks in advance,

Santhosh

Hi Santosh,

The end of support for 9.1x is supposed to be on Oct 31, 2014. This date can change, you can review it on this link,
