Hi Subbu,

Before you can use HTML portlet in PPM, you will have to import it.

Go to Open > Administration > Portlet Definition > Import Portlet Definition > Java Portlet

Click Next and them choose HTML Portlet and Next/Finish.

Now you should be able to add this portlet to your dashboard/Module and configure it in html.

Cheers!

Hi,

Did you ever encounter not being able to edit the HTML Portlet? I remember getting a response from HP support on editing the workers.properties file but I lost the steps.

Do you have any idea hoe to enable editing the HTML Portlet?

Thanks.

Catherine

Hi,

I know it's an old question, but I just had the problem. You need to configure the utility portlets URL in the uriworkermap.properties file if you use PPM with an external web server. Just make sure you have the following line in your uriworkermap.properties:

/utility_portlets/*=load_balancer

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Torsten

For everyone on this thread, what are some creative ways you have used this portlet type?

I have not used it before, but would be curious as to how it has been used by you guys.
