The text should look like:

your text with tags

Note that this will display as formatted text only when the field is read-only.

We are still running 7.5 and I do not have personal experience with 8.0 yet.

If you attach snapshots of the field definition and the text you are placing into it, I may be able to identify the issue.

Shravan-

You are right this is not working in 8.02, we recently upgraded to 8.02 from 7.5. It works absolutely fine in 7.5 but it is not working in 8.02.

So you are trying to format the field prompt with HTML tags? The syntax would be:
!TEXT
With a second ! as first char. But that does not work in 8.0.1 either.

Hi All,

We tried the HTML tags into PPM 8 and PPM 9.1 and for both does not work if you try to put the HTML tag into the details of the requests; if if you try to put the tag into the headers it still working.
We have a opened case with HP and they told us that this is an bug for PPM 8 and 9.1 and they are "working" on it.

So if it find for you try to use all the tags that you need into the headers instead the request details.

Kind regards,
Daniel

I figured out a way to show some html by putting the html code in the default value for the field and mking the field display only and hiding the field prompt. i have also done this on the fly.
