How to handle new lines for in-progress packages...

Hi,
I have some uses who regularly add new lines to existing packages which are tied to requests, and where the request workflow has already jumped to the package workflow.

The package workflow is then stuck for the new object, waiting for the 'jump' to occur.

Has anyone come up with an elegant way of dealing with this? For now, I need to jump in (as 'admin'), and move the workflow forward.

Jim,

Your pkg workflow can have a parallel step along with the receive step that processes the pkg line automatically after the jump.

This parallel step can be manually processed and then follow the same flow to jump back to the request.
