How to use custom function in RequestRulesUserLibrary.js

Hi to everyone,

I upgraded from PPM 9.1 to PPM 9.30, and now I'm not able to call the custom function defined in RequestRulesUserLibrary.js

I would like to call a custom function when I save a Change Request.  Below there is the cutom function Inside RequestRulesUserLibrary.js:

function JSMycall(idtfs, reqid, rtype, rsubtype, reqstatus) {
alert('MyFunction'); }

Have I to modify other files? Or have to to apply other configurations?

Thanks for your help

Re: How to use custom function in RequestRulesUserLibrary.js

Hi,

what do you mean you can't call this function? Which error message do you get? Sometimes you have to close an re-open Workbench in order to call a recenty added function. If you can't still call the function, just close Workbench, go to PPM_HOME/bin and run kRunCacheManager.sh A and then open the Workbench again.

Regards,

Antoni
