IE Related Popup Message after leaving the page open for quite sometime

Hi All,

Has anyone from the forum experienced this issue?

The popup will show up in this scenario.

1. User log in to PPM. Navigate to the page, perform other activities (eg. create request, etc)

2. Leave the PPM page open for quite some time (30 mins)

3. Then an email was received to approve the request. Upon clicking on the hyperlink, it will open a different page. When the user click on the action button say Approve, the pop-up message will show.

Do you encounter the same issue from your end as well?

Please see attached file for the pop-up message.

Thanks.

Hi Catherine,

Can user reproduce this issue at-will? If so, then you may need to open a case with the Support team for more research.

I found a defect submitted for the same error but in a different scenario "QCCR1L43608: Page fault when modify search condition and click 'clear fields' button"

Hi Catherine,

I found similar case 4624236872, I would suggest that you try using specific Project tokens such as

PRJ.PROJECT_ID or PRJ.PROJECT_NUMBER

instead of REQ>P.KNTA_PROJECT_PLAN

Thanks

Hello,

I haven't been able to replicate the error message using IE. Are you also getting with using Firefox?

As mentioned above, you may want to open a support ticket.
