Re: KSC status

Hi Anjaiah,

How are you?

Could you please let me know your PPM and Windows Server Version?

Please try follwing steps to troubleshooting:

1. Open the Object type that is used in the package line
2. Go to the commands tab
3. Expand all commands
4. Identify the command that is failing from the execution log generated
5. Open that command and increase the Timeout value. Default is 90 seconds.
6. Save the Object  type and resubmit the package. This should go through fine.

Re: KSC status

No Fabiola Vargas. Mine was different issue and have fixed it through “quit” commands.
