Hi,

There are not any short cut features in PPM that I am aware of (sound like Enhancement Requests).

Take a look at the Project Management User/Configuration Guides and the Resource Management User/Configuration Guides.

These would have the basic functionalities of the PPM product for those part of the product.

Hi,

I do not think PPM has any shorts.

What exactly is a short?

Just want to make sure I completely understand the questions.

Thanks,

Mike

Oh sorry, I did not see that attachment.

The Field looks to be one that was added to the Request Type that is being used with the Project.

If the Request Type's Field was configured to be used in Searches, can do a Mass Update:
1) Search | Requests

2) Enter a specific Request Type

3) Click on the Advanced Search button

4) Click on the Search button

5) Select the Requests that need to be editied

6) Select Edit | Mass Update

7) Look for the Field to make the change and then Save
