We have extra experts in the forum ready to address your questions on PPM. Re: May 20th: PPM Expert Day!

Hello Everyone,

I've prototyped some ideas for PPM :

It will be really nice (and useful) if PPM can generate RSS feeds by itself.

By RSS feeds, I will give some examples :

- "My Requests" which are eligible to me.

- Important Workplan Milestones / Tasks.

-> Both examples can be easily viewable on Outlook

On other way PPM can also generate .cal feeds

Some examples :

- Show on my Outlook Calendar which PPM Tasks are assigned to me

- Show on my Outlook Calendar important milestones

Both RSS and Calendar Events contains hyperlinks which points to the right page in PPM.

On my company, Users didn't go naturally in PPM, but they work constantly with Outlook.
And with both ideas, we can easily avoid "spam" who comes from pour PPM Requests.

Hi Alex,

Could you please post this as a new thread so that it doesn't get lost in this announcement on the expert day?

Thanks.

Greetings,
