Mobile TM Approval Service Exceptions

Hi,

We are having some issue with the TM Mobile Approver service.  It is apparently erroring while trying to process something for a single time sheet.  This time sheet in question is already in approved status.  With the TM Mobile Approver service set to run every 30 seconds, we have millions of exception lines in our log from this one error.  The following exception lines are given:

5495304 java.lang.Exception 2016-09-01 09:43:11.0 James Rigby HPPPM_Service_1 Mobile TM Approval Service: job id: ID:PAWP0615-52304-1471829681333-1:1:151:1:252, entity type: null, entity Id: null, Additional info: ERROR This timesheet status is not submit or reject: 166815

5495303 java.lang.NullPointerException 2016-09-01 09:43:10.0 James Rigby HPPPM_Service_1 Mobile TM Approval Service: job id: ID:PAWP0615-52304-1471829681333-1:1:151:1:252, entity type: null, entity Id: null, Additional info: ERROR Error in processing pendingApproval:80

5495302 java.lang.IllegalArgumentException 2016-09-01 09:43:10.0 James Rigby HPPPM_Service_1 Mobile TM Approval Service: job id: ID:PAWP0615-52304-1471829681333-1:1:151:1:252, entity type: null, entity Id: null, Additional info: ERROR Approve Fail:

We've logged a ticket, but does anyone here have any possible steps to fix this?

Re: Mobile TM Approval Service Exceptions

Looks like the source of the error is a row stuck in the TM_PENDING_APPROVAL table.  Am assuming once I delete that row the errors will go away.
