Notification defects with 9.32?

Hi,

I would like to understand what open defects exist with Notifications in 9.32.   For instance, are there still defects with using BCC?

Thanks,

Danny

Re: Notification defects with 9.32?

Hi Danny,

Defect with BCC issue has been fixed in 9.32 and 9.31.003.

For other notification issue, please refer to attached 9.32 release notes. where you can find all notification issue which is fixed in that version.

Re: Notification defects with 9.32?

Hello,

We have still locale issues with 9.32.0002.

Impossible to force french for notifications.

com.kintana.core.server.USE_SERVER_LOCALE_FOR_NOTIFICATIONS=true
com.kintana.core.server.SERVER_LOCALE_COUNTRY_CODE=FR
com.kintana.core.server.SERVER_LOCALE_LANGUAGE_CODE=fr

And since apparently HPe support cannot reproduce the issue, we are stuck in this situation.

Regards,

Alex-H.

Re: Notification defects with 9.32?

We are having an odd issue where not all recipients are getting emailed from a workflow notification.  It really makes no sense.  For example, in the to: line we have the email address "email@email.com' (just pretend that's a valid email), and PPM is just not sending to it.  The Notification history shows that the notification got sent, but with half of the recipients.

We have the USE_SERVER_LOCALE_FOR_NOTIFICATIONS parameter set to false.  After we upgraded to 9.32 we actually set this parameter to true, but didn't configure the other parameters (server locale country, server locale language code) and as a result no emails were getting sent at all, so we turned it off.  (HP could do a better job of stressing that those other 2 parameters are MANDATORY, otherwise email won't work at all).

Any clues what might be going on?  We are on 9.32 as stated above.
