Regarding your issue, first I would like to tell you that PPM 7.5 has reached EOL and now it is out of support. We encourage you to upgrade your system to a newer and supported version like 9.14 or higher, where we have lots of new
features and lots of bugs are fixed, so we can assist you on your issue. However, I will try to investigate on this issue to find whether we have a way to fix it.
After looking through the server logs, we found "The Network Adapter could not establish the connection" error thrown, which shows that the network communication is broken.
Please verify the network when PPM goes down. Do you see any issues over there?
