PPM 9.22: Error on Project Details Page with Internet Explorer 8 (KB927917)

All client system requirements have been met, still we experience the following IE8 behavior with HP PPM9.22.

The project tab does not display in full; An error message icon in the bottom-left-corner appears.

Message: HTML Parsing Error: Unable to modify the parent container element before the child element is closed (KB927917)

Any possible solution  or browser settings which needs to apply?

Hi,

I did a search in the Support database, and from what I found it appears this is more likely an issue with IE 8, and not with PPM. Please check the following URLs from the Microsoft support database for possible workarounds:

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/ie/forum/ie8-windows_other/html-parsing-error-unable-to-modify-the-parent/e64759e0-d344-42d6-b1d8-0ce27504dd71

Alternatively, there is a ticket, submitted with PPM R&D, in order to align the issue and avoid its re-appearance. The id is QCCR1L53652  and the direct tracking URL is
