PPM Mobility Access

Has anybody implemented the PPM Mobility Access, which let users to approve requests by replying the PPM notifications through emails? It appears that we need purchase a site license for this feature. 

Does the approver has to have the Demand License to approve request through email? Will the PPM users without any license be able to approve a request via email?

Hope you are doing fine!

The user needs a Demand Management License in order to approve any request, even using the Mobility Access function.
