PPM SM Integration Web Service - Error Java null pointer exception

Hey All,

 

We are trying to integrate PPM 9.14 with SM. We used web services. When we try to create a request from SM.

 

It throws an erro while creating request Java.null.pointer.exception.

I incresead the debug level to maximum but the log does not say any more details.

 

Do you have any idea why this is happening?
