PPM - SM Integration.
I am looking to gather information regarding the integration which needs to be setup between HP PPM and HP SM.The highlevel infrmation which I have is as below.
A task from PPMC work plan is designated as an operational change Work groups are managed in Service Manager PPM Creates a Request For Change in service manager from the task Request For Change shows up in the IT Operations group’s work queue.
I still havent got the documents on HP PPM to HP SM integration. If any1 is having the document, please share.
Also correct me if I am wrong with the above understanding on integration.
