PPM Support Tip: Defect: Notifications and workflow timeout behavior intermittent

Defect: QCCR1L53454
http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/document/LID/QCCR1L53454

It is observed sometimes that workflow timeout and notifications coming out of the ppm servers break sometimes. The issue is not result from certain actions, and happens randomly. Everytime the issue happens, the services node needs to be restarted, the Notifications services disabled and enabled, so that the notifications to get triggered. When this happens, java_pid****.hprof dump files are generated. Also in the serverLog, there are errors "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded" about these events.
