PPM Support Tip: Example Web services debug parameters

Example Web services debug parameters:

Please add the following to the logging.conf file:

com.kintana.core.logging.PRODUCT_FUNCTION_LOGGING_LEVEL = com.kintana.crt.request, DEBUG
com.kintana.core.logging.PRODUCT_FUNCTION_LOGGING_LEVEL = com.kintana.crt.webservices, DEBUG
com.kintana.core.logging.PRODUCT_FUNCTION_LOGGING_LEVEL = com.kintana.core.server.webservices, DEBUG
com.kintana.core.logging.PRODUCT_FUNCTION_LOGGING_LEVEL = com.mercury.itg.ws, DEBUG

find the SYSTEM_THRESHOLD parameter and set it to DEBUG
com.kintana.core.logging.SYSTEM_THRESHOLD = DEBUG

The changes are usually immediate after you save the file. But you can wait 2-3 minutes after that or check to see the time of logging reconfigured message in server log, note the time and reproduce the issue.
Wait a few minutes after that and collect the server.log file and the time when the issue was reproduced. You can revert the changes in logging.conf file after that. Check the server log for the collected data.
