PPM Support Tip: Limit to Security Group IDs when running Import Users Report

A new KCS article was published: KM00477565

When running Import Users Report, failing with error "Numeric or value error: character string buffer too small"

Import Users Report failing with error below due to a particular User:
"ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small"

Defect QCCR1L49798

The root cause is that the imported User belongs to too many Security Groups. There Group IDs are combinded in to a string and assignd to a variable, though the variable can not hold it.

Workaround: Decrease the Security Group amount for the User.
