PPM Support Tip: Notifications are pointing to the old system url

How to make the Workflow Steps Reminder Notifications to point the new system URL?

 

After change the system url the notifications are being sent with the old one.

 

As a workaround, please edit the message body of the notification:

 

 

 

1. In the message body, find the token [REQ.REQUEST_ID_LINK]

2. replace it with [REQ.REQUEST_ID] [REQ.REQUEST_URL]
