PPM Support Tip: PPM Center 9.31

PPM Center 9.31 introduced the following new features:

• Integrating PPM Center Time Sheets with HP Agile Manager
In version 9.30, the solution Agile Open SDK integrates PPM Center tasks with HP Agile Manager. In this version the solution is used to realize the integration between PPM Center time sheets and HP Agile


• Enhanced APM Roadmap
HP APM for PPM 9.22 introduced a new entity type Roadmap which defines the lifecycle statuses (roadmap phases) and milestones. You can create a roadmap for any other existing request. In HP APM for PPM 9.31,

the use of roadmap is so enhanced that you can create and visualize Roadmaps in different levels.

The following enhancements are included in 9.31:

 - Making Assignments in the Gantt View of Staffing Profile page
 - Rejecting and Forwarding Demand from the Gantt view of the Staffing Profile Page
 - Assigning Promised Allocations from the Gantt View of the Staffing Profile page
 - Specifying Editable View of Staffing Profile Page
 - Switching between the Table View and Gantt View in One Staffing Profile Page
 - New Option Added to Resource Pool Notifications
 - Advanced Resource Finder
 - Usability Enhancements

• HP Financial Management
 - Enabling and Disabling Cost Rate Audit Trail
 - Using Cost Rate of Resource Role or Position Role to Calculate Forecasted Labor Cost
 - Availability of the Adding New Rate Button

• HP Time Management
 - Setting Start Date for Delinquent Time Sheets Report

• Integrations
 - Enhancements to Autopass Integration
 - More Information to Parse for PPM-ALM Integration

The following certifications are also included in version 9.31:
• The latest version of Mozilla Firefox supported on PPM Center version 9.31 is extended to 31.2 Extended Support Release (ESR).
• Oracle and Oracle (Standard/Enterprise Edition) (RAC and Non-RAC) for all PPM server platforms
• Java SE Development Kit (JDK) 8u25 (1.8.0 Update 25) PPM Center version 9.31 supports both JDK 7 and JDK 8.
