PPM Support Tip: Privilege needed to use Workbench

Customer needs to give privileges to a user to update some validation list of requests. He has successfully configured the security rules of the list of validations.
For the particular user he has selected in the "System Level Licenses" the option "Configuration - Access...", however the user is unable to download the workbench in the PPM web interface, and he receives a message he has not enough privileges. What should be done to grant this user permission to open the workbench?
You will need to add the existing "Open Workbench" access grant from category System in your Security Groups field.
This way you will be able to control both "Open Workbench" and "Open Workbench from Desktop".
