PPM Support Tip: Project Manager field should be set to Multi-Select 'Yes' and not editable.

According to our Product Functional Architect "Project Manager field" should be set to Multi-Select 'Yes' and not editable.
Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMPOK) recommends a single Project Manager for a project, but in practice, some project managers want to delegate the work in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) to an assistant who will have identical privilege as the project manager in PPM, so HP PPM provides such kind of flexibility to their users.
Users can just choose not to add multiple project managers if they don't have such requirement, that is, this will be forced by their process, not by PPM via technical constraint.
The correct behavior should be:
1) Project Manager field in Workbench (WB) should be disabled and not allow to change.
2) Project Manager field in WB should be set to Multi-Select 'Yes' for default.
If your customer has a diferent options in this field that should be considered as a defect.
This defect will be fix it in PPM 9.22.0002 and PPM 9.30.
Run below SQL in the PPM database schema to fix the problem temporally (multi-select field set to "No")
update knta_param_set_fields_NLS set MULTI_FLAG='Y' where source_parameter_set_field_id=9676
1) backup db
2) stop ppm
3) run the SQL
4) restart ppm
Please verify these changes in your Dev/Test environment before running any update statement in production.
