(PPM) Support Tip: SQL queries to review the scheduled reports at database level

When troubleshooting scheduled report issues

The following queries will allow us to verify which the scheduled and summited reports are for certain period of time.

a) schedule reports

select
a.REPORT_SUBMISSION_ID,
a.REPORT_TYPE_ID,
TO_CHAR( a.SCHEDULED_TIME, 'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS'),
TO_CHAR( a.REPEAT_UNTIL_DATE, 'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS'),
a.RECURRENCE_PATTERN_CODE,
a.REPEAT_FREQUENCY,
a.*
from KNTA_REPORT_SUBMISSIONS a where a.status_code = 'SCHEDULED' and a.REPEAT_FLAG='Y'

b) submissions over the last 30 days

select
TO_CHAR( a.RELEASE_DATE, 'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS'),
TO_CHAR( a.SCHEDULED_TIME, 'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS'),
TO_CHAR( a.CREATION_DATE, 'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS'),
TO_CHAR( a.LAST_UPDATE_DATE, 'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS'),
a.*
from KNTA_REPORT_SUBMISSIONS a
where a.LAST_UPDATE_DATE > sysdate - 30

c) How many reports were scheduled each minute for the last 14 days?

select
TO_CHAR( a.SCHEDULED_TIME, 'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI') ccc, count(*)
from KNTA_REPORT_SUBMISSIONS a
where a.SCHEDULED_TIME > sysdate - 14
group by TO_CHAR( a.SCHEDULED_TIME, 'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI')
