When refreshing materialized view, get error ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump

Integration issue - Known Problem with the BusinessObjects (BO)/Operational Reporting


Error that is seen when the Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) job runs for the BO integration:

Exception ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump
[qsmqrfst()+1059] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x4] [PC:0x5282185]
[Address not mapped to object] [] is thrown when refreshing
materialized view.


Workaround:
Set the ATOMIC_REFRESH_FLAG parameter to true in the RPT_PARAMS table.
