PPM Support Tip: Troubleshooting OracleApps using "Archive Option"
When troubling shooting an Oracle Apps instance, how to submit a Request using "Archive Option"
A new KCS article was published: KM00463241
Client was seeing some tabs or links missing.
To test manually, it was asked to run the following test from Oracle Apps:
1) Login to Oracle Apps instance
2) Navigate to Submit Request screen by clicking View Request
3) Provide the Source and Destination instance information using "Archive Option"
4) Click OK to submit a Request
5) Migration should get completed as normal
