(PPM) Support Tip: Unable to restat PPM after the database refresh from another PPM instance

In PPM 9.3x, when the PPM database schema refreshed from one PPM instance into another PPM instance and PPM is restarted, PPM failed to start.
The following error is encountered in the serverlog.txt

server:localhost-startStop-1:(Server.java:675):2016/04/05-12:29:37.465 PDT: Please apply for a valid license from the HP Licensing for Software portal..

Resolution:
This is due to the database holds incorrect license key information. In order to resolve this issue, please do the following.

1. Clear license related tables:
a. Stop PPM.
b. Take a backup of the following tables before truncating the tables.
     Truncate table KNTA_LICENSE_DATASOURCE
     Truncate table KNTA_SECRETKEY_DATASOURCE (Optional)
After these two steps, all the licenses installed are removed. PPM won't be able to start.
2. Install license "PPM.....dat" by running "kLicenseInstall.sh".
3. Clear tmp and work folders
4. Start PPM
