PPM Support Tip: What to do on a MSP Issue?

What steps do I need to follow if I have an MSP (Microsoft Project) issue on PPM (Project and Portfolio Management)?
1. MSP install issues, please provide,
- Error message in the installation program.
- Error message related to plug-in installation in event viewer.Control Panel >> Administrative Tools >> Event Viewer >> General Tab
- Provide all MSP logs
- Steps to get MSP logs
i. Set log directory
Open MSP client, click menu 'HP PPM Center '->' User Preferences...', in tab 'Microsoft Project', check 'Enable logging', set directory to 'Save log files to:'
ii. Get MSP logs in the directory you set in step i
