When changing the Requst Type for Requests, must re-add Attachments
A new KCS article was published: KM00458152
Users receive an error message when trying to access Attachments Fields after changing the Request Type:
"You do not have access to this page... (KNTA-11013)"
Documentation Defect QCCR1L50552 has been created to let clients know if this limitation.
Enhancement request QCCR1L40027 has also been created for the functionality of changing Request Type of Requests and accessing Attachment Fields.
