PPM Support Tip: When viewing Project Cost Summary Portlet: An unknown exception has occurred

[wrapped] An unknown error has occurred. For more information, please contact your PPM administrator and provide the following GUID number:

 

Defect QCCR1L43306 which is fixed in 9.14 version.

Workaround is to give "View Costs on All Financial Summaries" Access Grant to get around the error.
