PPM workflow step

I have one scenario where All approver need to approve on a step. But In case any one approver need to send it back for more information ppm Should send it back without waiting for other approval's action

I have select for "Decision required" as "ALL".
So even for More information action it is waiting for other approves action.

If i select "Decision required" as "At least one".Then we have to give time out for step.we cant give 0 as time out.

Is there any way if approvals should be required by all but for more information action it accept only one approval's action.

Have you tried using the 'AND' step? This means that you would break out the workflow steps to represent the different groups you need the approval from. This assumes that the list of groups that need to provide the approval is static so that you can build it in the workflow. The idea woudldn't work if you were using some dynamic list to determine the list of approvers.
