Problem in 'Jump to', 'Receive from' steps

Jump to solution

Hi,

We are creating packages from the request workflow and package will follow change management workflow, switching between these workflows accomplished by using 'jump to' and 'receive from' steps in workflow.

Package execution used to stuck between in these steps, if this problem occurs means, it is not only happening to a particular request or workflow, it affects all requests and package workflows which uses jump and receive will get affected.

Earlier when we delete 'tmp' and 'work' folders and restart PPM this issue used to get resolved.

Now we have same issue, deleting 'tmp' and 'work' folders and restarting PPM is not helping us to resolve the issue.

Please suggest.

Thank you

I recommend you should upgrade your PPM version in order to provide you HP Support Assistance, since v 7.5 is an unsupported version.

Kind Regards,
Carolina.
