Replace standard PFM Proposal,Project, Asset with Custom Request: Proposal, Project

Hi,

Requirement: Replace standard PFM Proposal,Project, Asset with Custom Request: Proposal, Project and Asset

We have created custom requests for Proposal, Project and Asset. We have disabled PFM Proposal, Project and Asset in Demand Management since we are not using them.

We would like to replace in the Menu the standard PFM Proposal , Project , Asset with custom requests.

If it cannot be replaced, can the menu items be removed in the Menu under Search and Create for Proposal, Project and Asset

I have tried the Security Groups but did not help much

Any advise will be appreciated

Hello there,

you will have to update menu.xml to fix the issue. Ideally comment out the existing OOTB xml's and replace with your custom one.
