Report for planned vs. actuals by projects and resources

Hello all!

Is there an option for a  report for Resource  Allocation on Projects/Proposals  vs. Actuals reported  in Time Sheets,  per  period, in Person days?

The Analyze Assignment Load export gives  info  about a resource's capacity,  but for planned  and actuals it gives info  about it on a resource pool level  - this means the requests  are not listed and there is  no  planned vs actuals per person.

The Analyze Resource Pools shows the request  with some effort (in FTE), but it is not clear where these  numbers  are generated from.

Thanks in advance,

Kostadin

Re: Report for planned vs. actuals by projects and resources

Hi Kostadin,

there is nothing similar to your request present in PPM using OOTB-tools.

You might be able to create your own report to be run at certain intervals by using the Data Model Guide and then creating a query that gets the data from the corresponding tables. This will need someone literate to be able to create a query using several tables that are referenced.

Best regards,

Dirk

If using Staffing Profiles to manage the Planned work for resources, you should check out the "Compare to Work Plan" button.

This only works for a single project at a time - but might meet your needs.
