Request Actuals sets to Zero (0)

We have noticed that previously reported actual hours sets to zero (0) when Request Owner is extending or updating the scheduled hours for an individual.

 

The only way to restore those missing hours, to contact the individual, and edit their timesheet with the request entry, that can trigger actuals calculation for that request. Is there a fix to this bug?
