Requests / User Access

Jump to solution

Is there an OOTB database view that can be leveraged to determine which users have access to which requests?

Hi, Danny,

Building your own view is fairly simple. There is a method called user_can_access_request, which you can use in a query on the knta_users table.

Hi Danny,

I don't think there is an OOTB view for this.

Thanks,

Randall
