Security Groups for Menus

have a user who can't see the "Create Portlet Definition" option in the Open>Administration menu or the Create menu. I don't know how the security groups are set up, so how can I figure out which security group I need to add her to, so she can create portlets?

Re: Security Groups for Menus

Hello,

To access portlet definition you need 2 things:

Assign user to a security group, which contains "Edit Portlet Definition" access grant.
Assign configuration license.

Re: Security Groups for Menus

We're out of Configuration licenses. What license and security does a user need to create a dashboard?

Where does the user create a dashboard once they have permission?
