Security grants for Resource Managers

Hi, we are having the following issue.

We have a security group that we give to resource managers.  It contains the access grant "Edit Resource Pools".  We are having a problem with resource managers being able to change the % participation of resources in their pools.  When resource managers update the % participation themselves, we have many issues in reporting because they do not follow the correct process.  We would like to remove this access grant so that only our PPM administrators can update resources within resource pools.

When we remove the "edit resource pools" security grant, the resource managers also lose access to the "manage allocations" screen.

Is there any way to not allow RM's to edit % participation in a RP, but still allow them to assign resources to multiple SP's at once through the manage allocations screen?

Thanks,
Karla

Re: Security grants for Resource Managers

Hello klm785,

I hope you are doing great

Regarding your question, I've found this Enhancement Request
https://softwaresupport.hp.com/group/softwaresupport/search-result/-/facetsearch/document/KM912771

Unfortunately although this is a valid ER, there are no plans to implement it in the next 12 months.
