Set Recent Requests section of Live Support to default to collapsed
We'd like to set the Recent requests section of the Live Support screen to be collapsed unless an Agent chooses to manually expand it. As soon as data is ntered into the Requested by field the section expands automatically as shown below.
I've found threads which mention rules can be used to do this, but I do not know the system name for that part of the form. Searches in the rules seem to make no reference to that section of Live Support user interface.
