Staffing Profile - Question about rounding

Hi - please see attached screenshot.

Can someone explain the reason the resources are not rounding?  It seems if time requested is put at a month level and then we allocate at a week level there are these issues.

When you look at Rogers time split out weekly (whether in FTEs or hours) it looks like he is fully assigned to the project.

When I saved it and went out it kept telling me he was partially assigned still. I could not see it. So I changed the view to months and you can see now where it is showing in Red he is over allocated. This is not shown in the weekly views.

Sorry – it doesn’t help that month/week headers are cut off in the screenshot, but hope this makes sense.

Re: Staffing Profile - Question about rounding

Hi Pepdwill,

Searching on previous cases looks like there always been an issue regarding the rounding problem when you change between weeks to hours or years to months.

There have been a lot of enhancements about this problem, but looks like it hasn't been implemented.

Thanks,

Randall

Best regards,
Randall
