Jump to solution
Hi
Looking for whitepaper describing standard integrations between PPM (932) and SM9.
Where could I find that?
Thanks.

Hi Johan,

Check this chapter of the PPM online help:

http://ppm-help.saas.hpe.com/en/9.41/Help/Content/Integrations/MAC/IntegrateWithSM.htm

This is the documentation for PPM 9.41, but it also applies to 9.32 as the integrations with Service Manager haven't changed in a long time.

I do believe that there's also an integration with Service Manager around catalog sync, however this integration is done on the Service Manager side, not PPM, and it should be documented in Service Manager user guides. You might try your luck on the Service Manager support forums.

Kind Regards,

Etienne.
