The "On field change" rule dependent on table component field

Hello! I have a Request Type Rule which populates the field with the total value from table component (on field change). All tests are OK and for most requests the rule works fine.

But in fact I've discovered that for some requests (i can't define what's special with them) the total of TC values differs from the result field value nevertheless the TC's values were changed after the rule was enabled.

What might be the reason? Aren't there any restrictions on using UI rules with table components?

Thanks in advance!

Re: The "On field change" rule dependent on table component field

Hello AlekseyG

I found some similar issues with users that explain that the Rules on table component doesn't work properly. Most of these issues are reported in old PPM versions (7.5 , 8.0 ,9.10 , 9.12 , 9.14)

1. Rules on table component when fields change not working properly

https://softwaresupport.hp.com/group/softwaresupport/search-result/-/facetsearch/document/LID/QCCR1L43775

2. QCCR1L44587 9.12 table component dose not wokring

Also I found the following information

There will be errors with custom tokens

Token like REQUEST_TYPE_ID and WORKFLOW_ID should not be reserved in table component
