Tokens not getting resolved - after applying SP3 on HP PPM 8.0

hi ,

 

We recently applied to SP3 on HP PPM 8.0 instance, and after applying it , we started getting issues reported to this,on investigating we found that the Token are not getting resolved and majority of the place we have used Assigned To field.

Has anyone encountered the same and share the workaround for this.

Well there are few Token issues in 8.0 SP3. For more details please go through the Release notes of SP3.

Now we are on 8.03 version, did you face the token issues once you applied SP3.

Nopes we did'nt faced such issue...

 

For better analysis you can look into the server logs.... or can re-apply the SP3.

 

Also have you checke the SP3 installtion logs... and can check if there were any issues.

got a patch from HP which solved this issue

the fix does not parse the token immediately...
