Twice Login after SSL

Hi,

We configured PPM login page (SSL) for https. Now people are all have to login twice if the Internet Explorer is closed. If IE is not closed than login page appers only once.

Did anyone faced this issue before?

Re: Twice Login after SSL

We have the same problem now.  I just configured SSL for secure logon only and it takes two logon attempts to get in every time our users try to access PPM through our f5.  This problem doesn't happen when users go directly to the ppm servers and bypass f5.

Does anybody have a solution for this?

Re: Twice Login after SSL

Can you check the sso.conf in <PPM_HOME>\Integration\SSO.

Are you intending for the users to have the login screen or not? I suspect you have two login screen, one for PPM and one for SSO for accessing the application. You can work with your SSO configurators to see if a user profile with specific security role can be added in to the SSL definition to avoid the second screen.

Re: Twice Login after SSL

Hi,

which version are you using? There is a known defect (QCCR1L44554), which is fixed in 9.14.

cheers
